Batavia too much for struggling Guilford

ROCKFORD -- Batavia's outside shooting was too much for a Guilford team struggling to make any kind of shot as the Bulldogs eased to a 53-33 win Monday morning.

Batavia made more three-point field goals than two-point shots, seven to six, and hit 16 of 21 free throws. Peterson scored 14 points for Batavia and Canaan Coffey added 13.

Nick Wallace led Guilford with six points.
