New Trier pulls away from Guilford

ROCKFORD - Guilford started strong, taking a 11-6 lead against Winnetka New Trier and holding onto a 15-15 tie in the second quarter, but the Trevians had too much shooting.

New Trier made 11 3-pointers in its 71-42 win. Spencer Boehm led the Trevians with 18 points and Noah Osher had 12.

Ben Holmstrom led Guilford with 10 points.
