ROCKFORD - A.J. Golembiewski scored 27 points to lead Woodstock Marian to a 69-62 overtime win over Guilford.
It was the second game of the day for both in the J-Hawk MLK Classic, but it was played at Guilford. Golembiewski had four of his points in overtime and Kevin Herbst scored six of his 12 in the extra session.
Marian fell to Belvidere, 63-50, earlier in the day.
Jack Holmstrom was most of the offense for the Vikings. The sophomore led Guilford with 21 points and Jamil Jones added 11.
